CRSA SERIES SET TO RETURN TO I-88 SPEEDWAY ON FRIDAY
Oneonta, New York…The CRSA Sprint Tour is heading back to the I-88 Speedway Friday to start the Fourth of July Weekend. This will mark the second appearance for the popular CRSA sprint cars. The first race at I-88 saw Scott Goodrich hold off Mike Kiser, Joe Kata, Brian Krummel, and Brett Jaycox for the win.
With eight races in the books this season, the competition has been great. There have been six different feature event winners. Scott Goodrich has captured three wins with Jordan Thomas, Josh Pieniazek, Cory Sparks, Brian Krummel, and Josh Flint all winning a single event.
The series point battle is also a close one with three drivers within three points of each other. Pieniazek leads Dalton Herrick and Kyle Smith. Chad Miller and Brett Jaycox complete the top five in the point standings.
When racing returns to I-88 Speedway on Friday another great field of sprint cars is expected. Heat races and another exciting twenty five lap feature are on the schedule. Gates and Concessions open at 4:00, Hot Laps at 6:15 pm, racing at 6:45 pm.
