CRSA Returns to Eastern States Weekend!!!!
Finally...after two weekends off and a rain out at the Penn Can Speedway, the CRSA Sprint Car Tour heads south to the Orange County Fair Speedway for the Saturday portion of the prestigious, Eastern States Weekend!
This will be the largest payoff in the history of the CRSA winged warriors, as a huge sponsorship from Middletown locals, Chuck Alessi, Dan Hennessy, Scott Goodrich, Brad Radivoy, Bucky Neiger and Connecticut's Mark Taylor, rounded up an additional $3000 in bonus money to add to the already increased purse which will give the winner a cool $1000 and a whopping $230 dollars to start this twenty five lap -A-Main!!!
Time trials will be run during the hot lap sessions and the driver with fastest time will be awarded an extra $100, thanks to Panther Frameworks and Profab Enterprise. The top six fastest times will be locked in to the A-Main. They will be inverted for an eight lap dash to determine their starting position with the rest of the field running heat races for qualifying in the order of their times. A B-Main will be run to round out the twenty four car field.
The pit gate opens at 8:00 am with the heat in the motors scheduled for 11:00 am. A drivers meeting will held previous to the heat in motors.
